2. We go through and inventory the recurring elements, assets specs, styles and patterns.

3. I convert the elements in your files to a concise library for all your assets.

4. Then you can either outsource maintenance and management to me or have me train someone on your team to do so.

5. We meet regularly to cull and update elements.
